Candidates should possess:

• A full UK driving license
• Resilience, flexibility, and composure
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including those with behaviors of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, or trauma
