Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital and traditional marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand visibility, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones.
- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor performance metrics and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Content Creation and Branding: Develop compelling content across various platforms to showcase offerings and values. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and communications.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless execution.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest impact and ROI. Monitor expenses and track performance against targets.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Event Planning and Management: Identify relevant industry shows, conferences, and events. Plan, coordinate, and attend these events, designing marketing materials and exhibition stands.

Person Specification:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years experience at Marketing Manager level.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in Paid Ads.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexible and adaptive mindset to respond to market changes and seasonal demand.
- Organizational and analytical abilities to manage and utilize data effectively.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with experience in developing marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Attention to detail and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience managing social media pages/accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
