I am seeking a dynamic and ambitious Store Manager based in Swanley.

My client has experienced unparalleled growth over the last 10 years and continue to look for the best local managers across the country to take the business to new levels of growth and income.

Your objective will be to develop the business and the sales staff within, the brand and the market share in the local area.

You will bring a strong sales background, excellent communication skills and able to evidence a business savvy approach to work.

You will be able to evidence comfortably turning leads into invoices, be it over the telephone or face to face meetings. Your sales experience will be an example to the sales team you will lead and develop. The industry is very competative but you will possess natural charm with the ability to 'connect' quickly with your prospective customers throughout the sales process.

You will inspire and motivate your team through one to ones, effective delegation, SMART targets and celebrations of success. As the Depot Manager you can earn up to 50% of your annual salary in commission

Work shifts are any 5 out of 7 days which includes weekends. Rotas are planned with plenty of notice.
