Are you an experienced Credit Control professional seeking new opportunities within the real estate sector?

If so, our client is recruiting for a Credit Controller for a successful, growing property management and consultancy firm based in Central London. They are looking for an experienced professional to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Credit Control, previous experience in the real estate sector, strong communication and organizational skills, and an interest in residential/commercial property management.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, clear progression routes, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Sole responsibility for a high-volume ledger of accounts.
2. Chasing debt via telephone and email to resolution.
3. Reducing aged debt.
4. Providing reports on Credit Control matters.
5. Escalating issues and dealing with Bailiffs and Legal Reps.
6. Managing inbound/outbound emails and queries.
7. Following clients' preferred methods and processes.
8. Managing internal and external queries effectively.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of Credit Control experience.
• Experience in real estate/property (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
