• Manage the Mathematics Department effectively.
• Liaise with SLT, HODs, HOYs, SENDCO, subject staff, and support staff.
• Plan strategically for departmental development, impacting learning and student progress.
• Work to narrow achievement gaps through high-quality teaching, effective curricula, targeted interventions, and fostering a positive learning environment.
