This role involves building a loyal clientele, providing outstanding customer service, and showcasing an exclusive product range. What you'll be doing:
· Provide outstanding one-to-one customer service to all clients including VIP's, in line with KOIBIRD standards.
· Build and maintain a loyal clientele and be accountable for customer data collection and management.
· Demonstrate and share strong brand and market knowledge with clients.
· Provide informed styling advice, by offering KOIBIRD’s unique and exclusive product range and excite customers with personalised product edits.
· Offer a multi-channel shopping experience, ensuring a seamless and augmented service.
· Strive to achieve your personal sales targets and contribute to the overall business targets through upselling and cross selling across categories.
· Monitor customer shopping behaviour and stock performance and provide valuable feedback to store manager.
· Identify and seek potential new clients and work closely with Manager to build these relationships, suggesting new ways to engage and delight.
· Provide individualised communication techniques to ensure the best customer experience and maximize selling opportunities.
· Take initiative with performing daily store operational tasks, such as keeping the shop floor well presented, merchandising, stock management and deliveries.
· Work collaboratively with store management and the wider team to ensure effective and collaborative working environment.
Who we are looking for:
· Have previous retail sales experience in a luxury environment
· Have an existing client database
· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the brands we carry; always showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
· Have a passion for empowering women to look and feel their best.
· Have great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal sensitively and confidently with our customers.
· Communicate our values and brand philosophy to customers and team members alike.
· Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values and aesthetic.
