The Role
This role involves working closely with a consultant to develop the marketing strategy, then owning and executing it. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing the 360 marketing calendar.
- Creating and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, increase sales, and maximize ROI.
- Designing trade marketing strategies for retail and partners.
- Managing PR and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Setting clear KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.
- Collaborating with the Social Media Manager to align content strategies.
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling the marketing team.

You
This is an ideal role for an experienced Marketing Manager (or an Assistant AM ready to step up) eager to do something different. It suits someone ambitious, driven, and creative, who enjoys strategic and hands-on execution. You should have:
- 5+ years of proven marketing experience in the beauty industry.
- A successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, and distributor-led marketing.
- Experience managing PR and influencer partnerships.
- Experience managing marketing budgets with positive ROI.
- An analytical, data-driven approach, with expertise in performance tracking, customer insights, and KPI optimization.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, paid media, and social media strategies (agency use is optional).
- Experience working in international markets.
