A leading skincare brand in London is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to enhance their customer acquisition strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, focusing on data-driven marketing and innovative strategies. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in paid media, particularly in direct-to-consumer settings, and a passion for creative marketing solutions.
Growth Marketing Manager – Beauty – London (hybrid) – c. £60K
I am working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing direct-to-consumer skincare brands, known for dermatologist-developed formulas, loyal customer love, and an ambitious growth plan. We are looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to own and scale our customer acquisition strategy across paid media channels.
This role is a key part of our in-house growth team, reporting directly to the Growth Director. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves full-funnel thinking, and gets a kick out of turning ad spend into results – this is the role for you!
Ideally you have 2-4 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in a DTC/ecommerce setting. You’re creative-first and data-driven – you know how to build high-performing funnels and aren’t afraid to test bold ideas. You will be cutting edge – so no blated campaign structures or old-school manual bidding techniques.
