About the role

At a glance

Salary range - Starting from £31,500 to £42,700 per annum, depending on skills and experience. From 1st April 2025, this will increase to £31,500 to £44,200 per annum.

Additional shift premium of 25% of the base rate (£7,875) applies. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.

Contract type - Permanent

Work Pattern - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently undertake refinishing and prepping of Partnership vehicles.
• Prepare panels to a high standard.
• Apply paint and spray vehicles including vans, HGVs, and trailers.
• Maintain safety standards in line with regulations.
• Ensure high-quality repairs in a cost-effective manner.
• Work with guidance from team leaders.
• Manage your time effectively and work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience

• City & Guilds 2 or 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician or equivalent.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Experience in commercial vehicle painting.
• LGV C+E Driving Licence.
