Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to join the Healthcare Assistants (HCA) education and development team in North Wales. The role involves providing full-time 37.5 hours per week admin and clerical support to the HCA development education team, working Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.
The successful applicant will be based at either Traeth Lafan or Bron Afon, Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan. However, the teams are spread across North Wales. The post holder will be expected to provide cover for admin support across the HCA education team in the region.
We seek individuals with a range of computer skills. Experience in diary management and working within an educational remit would be advantageous but is not essential.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing a busy and varied workload.
Experience working within an educational team environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in IT and database management are desirable.
Knowledge of Welsh is desirable; applications from Welsh and English speakers are equally encouraged.
