Customer Success Manager

Hybrid - regular visits to customer sites

£40 - 45k + bonus

Experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager needed for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.

Based remotely, you will manage and support new and existing clients, improving their ROI on their field marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for a number of FMCG clients.
  2. Ensure all client activities/issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Use data and technology to report trends and key insights – identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  4. Manage and fully maximize the client’s budget; provide regular progress reports.
  5. Deliver incremental business growth and opportunities within existing clients.
  6. Compile and communicate briefs and reports in line with role requirements.
  7. Lead relevant team meetings and exemplify best practices within the commercial team, while developing junior staff in line with company expectations.

Your background:

You will be a CSM or Account Manager with experience in field marketing, FMCG, in-store marketing/advertising, or similar.

Excellent client management skills with the ability to identify new opportunities.

Experience working with well-known retail brands.

You can be based anywhere in the UK but need to travel regularly to see clients and attend meetings in the Nottinghamshire office. A full UK driving licence is essential. The majority of clients are located along the M4/M40 corridor.
