Product Manager

Hybrid – Swindon or London

Up to £70,000 + Bonus

Objective of the Role

Join a fast-moving environment as a Regulatory Reporting Product Manager with Payments and KYC experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand UK and EU regulatory reporting requirements. Own the product roadmap and strategic direction for Regulatory Reporting, working with the cross-functional Reporting Team.

Reporting To

Head of Product – Compliance & Data

Key Result Areas

1. Identify KPIs for business/product performance and service robustness.
2. Ensure KPIs are considered in new implementations.
3. Maintain observability of the domain/service, including root cause analysis to reduce recovery time.
4. Gather product insights and metrics.
5. Conduct competitor analysis.
6. Track progress against regulatory reporting needs.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute the product strategy for regulatory reporting.
2. Collaborate with compliance, engineering, and regulatory teams to define requirements.
3. Define requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
4. Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA for timely delivery.
5. Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact.
6. Engage stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
7. Maintain product documentation and provide training/support.
8. Analyze performance and feedback for continuous improvement.

Additional Information
