Job description

Job Opportunity: Healthcare Sales Team

Join our Healthcare Sales Team in a role that offers visibility and the chance to make a significant impact within our business.

  1. Drive sales, develop key business activities, and manage NHS customer accounts to ensure outstanding results.
  2. Design and implement customer strategy programs, including pricing and proposals, to meet financial goals and support business growth and retention.
  3. Act as a product and service expert, engaging and inspiring customers with our wide range of offerings to meet their needs.
  4. Collaborate with the Healthcare team to identify and improve processes and performance, including digital tool integration.
  5. Learn and promote our products and solutions, especially new digital offerings, to customers.
  6. Network with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and product management, covering London and surrounding East areas, with travel required.
Candidate Qualities
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, capable of inspiring and building relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive change.
  • Market awareness and innovative thinking to retain and grow customer base.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a commercial environment; relevant qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn about our industry, products, and services.
