Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot effectively.
• Document labor tasks clearly in CMMS.
• Participate in rotating Maintenance On-Call duties.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies.
• Coordinate with vendors.

Skills

• Proficient in low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to install new hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions or sponsorship.
• At least 3 years of experience servicing Security Alarm systems, CCTV, and Card Access systems.
• Knowledge of diagnosing, repairing, and replacing equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates residing within a reasonable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
