TechOhana has partnered with a leading law firm that is about to embark on a Sales Cloud Transformation Program and is potentially looking for a Project Manager to lead the entire initiative.

The client has just signed on a new Systems Integrator (SI) and is seeking a Project Manager to partner with them as well as lead the internal team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the end-to-end Salesforce program roadmap, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Managing third-party vendors and SI partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
• Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure a unified delivery vision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level Salesforce programs, ideally in a professional services or legal environment.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Strong background in Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and program-level reporting.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging C-suite and technical teams alike.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in the London office).
