Salary and Benefits
  • £25,000 basic salary
  • Additional commission scheme

Training and Development

Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester during training
Impact and Responsibilities
  • Achieve business targets consistently
  • Generate valuation opportunities using ROSIE software
  • Communicate proactively with clients and prospects
  • Implement structured canvassing strategies
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Build your personal brand through social media and video
  • Secure positive reviews to enhance reputation
Candidate Characteristics

Minimum Requirements
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic IT skills and attention to detail
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate)
