We are seeking a skilled bike Mechanic for immediate start to join our busy team.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications or qualifications including CYTEC Level 2. Further training will be provided. Starting wage will be determined by experience and qualifications. We also welcome candidates interested in supporting the delivery of our coaching side of the business.

Responsibilities

1. Servicing, repairing, and maintaining all types of bicycles (road, MTB, electric, kids, etc.)
2. Managing the hire fleet bicycles and supporting at events when needed
3. Developing and maintaining full knowledge of all products, accessories, and prices within the Stage 1 Cycles range
4. Supporting the Coaching Director in delivering activities, including the community bike club
5. Supporting hospitality staff during busy periods in the café and shop

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanics are advantageous but not essential
• A valid driver's license is required
