Probite Performance Brakes is a growing brand in the high-performance automotive sector, specialising in advanced braking systems for both road and motorsport applications. We're now looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee key business functions, focusing on driving efficiencies, supporting sales, improving customer service, and contributing to the development of new products.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while focusing on key business areas such as sales, customer service, growth strategy, and new product development. You will play a vital role in developing operational strategies, supporting the launch of new products, and ensuring that we continue to grow and meet our customers' needs. You will also work closely with the marketing team to represent Probite at shows and events, strengthening our brand presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and implement efficient processes across various departments
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Develop and manage strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Analyse sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Implement and refine systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational performance, product delivery, and customer service
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support the development and launch of new products
  • Represent Probite at trade shows, automotive events, and exhibitions with the marketing team
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing new solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally within the automotive, performance, or aftermarket sector
  • Strong focus on sales, customer service, business growth strategy, and new product development
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams
  • Experience in driving process improvement initiatives and efficiency strategies
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
