Job description

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

In this role, you will need to:

1. Hold an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required.
2. Possess related experience such as Postdoctoral Researcher, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, or Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
