Job Title: Front of House Team Leader

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity at our London office for a Front of House Team Leader. This role involves managing our Front of House services and leading our onsite team, combining responsibilities across customer service, office management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily customer service tasks, including reception, hospitality, and event management.
  2. Oversee audio-visual systems and housekeeping to ensure a professional environment.
  3. Manage health and safety protocols for the team and visitor areas.
  4. Coordinate meeting and event setups, compile reports, and manage staffing resources.
  5. Supervise assistants and strive to exceed service expectations.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in reception, front of house, or hospitality roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Passion for service excellence and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, friendly approach.
  • Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office; quick learner of booking software and report compilation.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to assist others.
Work Environment:

This role requires being based at our City of London office on King William Street, near Monument, Monday through Friday. While we offer a hybrid working model, some roles necessitate full-time office presence due to business needs.
