We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals.
Our supported living service, Ancaster Mews in Greylees, offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities like swimming, shopping, arts and crafts, and gardening.
This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether it's cooking dinner or going on holiday.
We value the right experience and values. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice, and working with individuals with autism, complex care needs, and physical disabilities is preferred.
