Job Description:

They are now seeking two new growth hires: SAE & AM. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, requiring management of a talented team, offering strategic counsel to clients on their PR and marketing initiatives, and taking a leading role in developing and managing new business projects. The company works across sectors, with a background in finance/fintech being preferable as that is a large part of their work.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building their trust
• Managing workflow across the account
• Serving as the first point of contact for account executives for queries and copy review
• Briefing clients proactively and updating them regularly on activities such as announcements and campaigns
• Providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to junior team members
• Maintaining a positive attitude and composure under pressure
• Fostering a friendly and conscientious team environment
• Offering strategic counsel to clients for PR and marketing campaigns
• Developing innovative and creative ideas for clients
• Staying informed on sector issues, news, and trends to leverage expertise
• Leading brainstorms and developing news angles and pitches
• Understanding and aligning with client KPIs and expectations
• Coaching junior team members in writing skills across media
