Position Summary

Studio Coordinator (Remote, North West-based)

Location: Remote – with occasional in-person meetings in the North West

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Studio Coordinator to join and support our fast-paced artwork studio team. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the North West of England for occasional on-site meetings.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our creative projects running smoothly. You’ll manage and track artwork projects using an online approval system, acting as the first point of contact for studio team members and helping to ensure that each job moves efficiently from creation through to final release.

You’ll work closely with global teams, including Project Planners and fellow Studio Coordinators, to provide consistent support, especially during holidays, training, and absences.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, communicates clearly, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a structured and detail-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the central point of contact for the studio, ensuring a smooth workflow from project initiation to final approval
  • Support day-to-day studio operations by creating and managing jobs in our internal production portal
  • Prepare artwork briefs and instructions, and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to the online approval system
  • Communicate with various client contacts (e.g., Regulatory, Packaging Engineers, PPMDQ) to keep projects on track
  • Attend and contribute to operational meetings
  • Monitor timelines and critical paths, proactively following up on any delays
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external clients
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP standards, confidentiality protocols, and agreed timelines
  • Support audits, complaint investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, as needed
  • Occasional travel will be required, planned in coordination with management

What We're Looking For

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online workflow systems (training provided on our platforms)
  • Able to manage projects and take initiative to solve issues independently
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a regulated, process-driven environment
  • Experience in a studio, artwork, or production coordination environment is a plus
