What you'll be doing:

1. Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.
2. Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
3. Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, to subcontractors, and vendors.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact with owners and design professionals.
5. Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
6. Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and the submittal process.
7. Present monthly project process reports including cost updates, PCOs, COs, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
8. Participate in creating winning strategies for RFP responses and project presentations.

The Successful Applicant

What you need for this position:

• 5+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager
• Extensive ground-up project experience with a comprehensive project list; no consideration without this.
• Healthcare Construction and AHCA experience are strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience successfully managing projects valued between $20M and $50M, independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear insights and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
• Deep understanding of AIA construction agreements.
