What you'll be doing:
- Plan, organize, and manage all resources (people and materials) for the successful execution of a project.
- Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
- Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, to subcontractors, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with owners and design professionals.
- Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and the submittal process.
- Present monthly project process reports including cost updates, PCOs, COs, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
- Participate in creating winning strategies for RFP responses and project presentations.

The Successful Applicant
What you need for this position:
- 5+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager
- Extensive ground-up project experience with a comprehensive project list; no consideration without this.
- Healthcare Construction and AHCA experience are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience successfully managing projects valued between $20M and $50M, independently or as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex information into clear insights and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
- Deep understanding of AIA construction agreements.
