We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to lead the team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey.
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef and oversee kitchen operations across bar, restaurant, banqueting, and room service. Your culinary team will believe in perfection, simplicity, and creativity. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front to ensure the highest quality food is delivered while training and developing the team.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
You will have a proven track record in a similar role within a hotel environment, be a passionate chef with a warm, people-centered demeanor, an eye for detail, and a positive, outgoing personality. You will advocate for developing future chefs.
