As a Commercial Manager, you will focus on strategic growth within the personal motor insurance sector, working within our Personal Lines Retail team. Your role will be pivotal in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the number one insurer in the market. You will:
Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the personal lines motor insurance market and key trading levers.
Proven experience in driving successful commercial and customer outcomes, with a focus on end-to-end performance trends across the PCW channel.
Ability to create and manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive brand growth and exceed targets.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire high performance.
Confidence in challenging the status quo, leading change, and adapting quickly to new challenges.
