Our client provides a combination of services (mainly software & applications) to customers in the legal, health & safety, employment law, ISO regulation and cyber security fields.

They currently have a Core IT Team of 5 which will grow this year to a team of 13, so there is already a foundation team in place that you will be working with. There is a standardisation strategy where the company's CRM, ERP, and core IT systems are being unified.

Additionally, the firm’s strategy is to grow via acquisitions, so there will be numerous IT projects and programmes related to integrating the IT infrastructure of newly acquired firms into the main company. It’s an exciting time to join!

In this role, you will review business processes across our client’s newly acquired businesses and work closely with the Systems Architect and other stakeholders to ensure seamless technology integrations.

This involves analyzing IT environments, gathering business and technical requirements, mapping processes, and supporting system migrations across Office 365, HR, finance, and cloud platforms. You’ll be the key link between technology and business needs, ensuring smooth transitions for acquired companies into our client’s core infrastructure.

• Solid Business Analyst experience
• Experience with Cloud projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise applications
• Process mapping, data flow documentation, and system integration analysis skills
• Hands-on experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and enterprise software integration
• Skills in workflow documentation and consolidation planning
• Ability to translate technical info into business-friendly language
• Experience tracking projects and ensuring timely delivery

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or automation tools

Projects include:

• Assessing and documenting IT environments of acquired companies, identifying gaps and risks
• Analyzing business and technical requirements for successful system integration
• Supporting migrations for Office 365, HR, finance, and other platforms
• Collaborating with Systems Architect and technical teams to design and implement integration strategies
• Translating business needs into technical solutions with minimal disruption
• Providing post-integration support for adoption and troubleshooting

Success in this role requires a proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team. As part of a small, resource-shared team, you may be asked to assist with tasks beyond your usual scope. A positive, team-oriented approach is essential.
