About the Role:

As a Individual Giving Manager, you will lead the engagement of individual supporters, nurture relationships, and execute successful direct marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on Direct Debit recruitment and appeal campaigns, providing an opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of fundraising campaigns, collaborating with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders.
2. Lead a dedicated team, offering mentorship and inspiring excellence.
3. Develop innovative approaches to donor engagement, keeping supporters at the center of all activities.
4. Oversee social media promotions and email campaigns in collaboration with marketing experts.
5. Track performance using data analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Individual Giving, Direct Marketing, or similar fundraising roles.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
