This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. The role involves leading the team in sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to OWN IT. It is accountable for various KPIs and includes recruiting, nurturing, and developing an elevated team capable of achieving targets consistently.

Job Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
• Drive revenue from membership sales, product sales, and overall gym profitability
• Manage controllable costs like stock orders and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage and overspend
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experiences
• Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to high standards
• Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
• Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
• Complete all operational processes consistently and to a high standard
• Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
• Report facilities and maintenance issues per guidelines
• React resiliently and adaptively to challenging situations
• Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool plant operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Must have:

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Adaptability in communication and management styles
• Positive, solutions-driven mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills as a member champion
• Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends and Bank Holidays as needed
