Job Description:

Do you have a passion for football and sport? Our client is a top leader in 5-a-side football, with 43 centres across the UK. Not all 5-a-side pitches are the same, which is why they feature all-weather 5-a-side arenas similar to Europe's top clubs!

We are currently recruiting an assistant manager for our client's leading football centre. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily management of the complex and supervise all staff. The role requires working flexible shifts to ensure management coverage at all times.

Purpose of the Job:

Provide high-quality, efficient services to facility users and support the General Manager in developing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement operational and sales plans that promote excellence and maximize income.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, team captains, schools, and coaches.
  • Strong organizational and management skills, responsible for internal staff from reception to referees, and working towards sales targets.
