Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This role will support the visual identity and marketing execution of LT Foods’ brand portfolio across digital, print, and packaging platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of design assets for digital, social media, in-store POS, print and packaging.

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Assist in the design and rollout of advertising campaigns, trade show assets, and customer-facing collateral.

Edit, retouch and format photography and artwork for various applications.

Help maintain and evolve the visual identity of the LT Foods UK brands.

Support the team with ad hoc design requests and marketing projects as needed.

Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to the creative process.

Skills & Experience Required

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to interpret briefs and present concepts clearly.

Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Understanding of digital and print production processes.

Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
