The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer bursting with ideas, ambition, and a love for great design. Reporting to our Senior Designer, you’ll help bring brands to life across digital, print, events, and beyond. If you’ve got a sharp eye, a passion for sport and storytelling, and want to learn from some of the best in the business, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
Design Everything – From bold social media graphics to pitch-perfect presentations, you’ll support the design and delivery of engaging creative assets.
Concept & Collaborate – Take part in brainstorms, bring fresh thinking to the table, and help shape creative concepts that excite clients.
See Projects Through – Work from sketch to final delivery, ensuring every pixel is polished and every project on-brand.
Stay Ahead – Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts to inspire fresh and original work.
Work as One Team – Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and client teams to produce cohesive, standout campaigns.
Take Feedback Like a Pro – Listen, learn, adapt—and keep pushing your craft forward.
What We’re Looking For
-Experience (internship or freelance) working in a creative environment
-A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or similar
-A killer portfolio that shows both creativity and attention to detail
-Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
-A bonus if you know your way around After Effects or video editing tools
-Hunger to learn, grow, and get stuck in on high-profile work
-The confidence to share ideas—and the humility to take direction
-Strong time management skills—you know how to juggle and deliver
