We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Electrical Design Engineer with proven experience using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for creating detailed electrical schematics and layouts for a variety of projects across automation, control panels, and power distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using EPLAN or AutoCAD.
Interpret technical specifications and customer requirements to produce accurate designs and documentation.
Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Create bills of materials (BOMs), cable schedules, and supporting documentation for manufacturing and installation.
Ensure designs meet industry regulations, safety standards, and company quality procedures.
Support the commissioning and troubleshooting process with clear, accurate electrical documentation.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2+ years of experience in electrical design within industrial or automation environments.
Proficiency in EPLAN and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control circuits, and panel building.
Familiarity with standards such as IEC, UL, or NEC.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
