Chef Manager - St Mark's C of E Primary School

Pabulum Catering is now recruiting a Chef Manager to deliver exceptional food experiences at St Mark’s C of E Primary School. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing delicious food
2. Managing the main aspects of the kitchens, including Health & Safety and Training & Development, with the Unit Bookwork to keep up to date
3. Receiving and managing food deliveries and storage

We pride ourselves on excellent service and fabulous food, always prioritizing our customers. As a Unit Manager, developing strong relationships with clients, the team, and customers is essential to ensure the catering contract’s growth.

Our ideal Chef Manager will be:

• Passionate about food and customer service
• A great communicator and team player
• Skilled in supervising, developing, and motivating a large team
• Financially astute, with full training provided in our processes and systems
• Possessing a craft background with relevant qualifications/experience

Role details and benefits include:

• £27,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 15:00
• Term-time only contract, ensuring excellent work/life balance
