Harvest Temp - Laboratory Assistant, Driffield

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK's best workplaces, as recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute. Based at our Cranswick site, we are recruiting temporary harvest workers to join us during the harvest season (July to September/October). The successful candidate will coordinate and deliver high standards of production, quality, and customer service in grain storage and handling, fostering a great workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to lorry drivers and farmers visiting the site
• Take seed samples from lorries
• Perform basic laboratory analysis of seed intake and inline production samples
• Assist with seed analysis and general yard management
• Handle administrative tasks and record keeping
• Maintain cleanliness and perform maintenance of operational areas
