Job description

Position Summary: This position involves delivering high-quality food, ensuring adherence to company standards at all times, and demonstrating a passion for food.

Position Scope: Responsible for producing excellent quality food, maintaining food safety, health and hygiene standards, and executing the menu effectively.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and work efficiently within a specific kitchen section.
  2. Plan the relevant section for each shift, ensuring proper preparation levels.
  3. Adhere to company policies on hygiene, food safety, and health and safety, including food labelling, storage, temperature checks, and stock rotation.
  4. Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain a presentable appearance, and wear the correct uniform.
  5. Deliver high-quality food according to specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Ensure food standards are maintained throughout the kitchen with attention to detail.
  7. Communicate any issues such as food availability or equipment conditions promptly.
  8. Comply with all hygiene, food safety, and health and safety policies.

  • Salary: £12.5 – £13.5 hourly
