Job Title: Business Analyst - Procurement/Third Party Risk Management

Location: Hatfield (2 days/week in the office)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Overview

We are collaborating with an internationally recognized technology and retail company seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support their Procurement Transformation programme.

Programme Details

The programme will be led by a small team comprising one Project Manager and two Business Analysts, supported by SMEs from the business and reporting to the Head of Group Procurement. The key objectives are to:

• Redesign the Group Procurement Operating Model, including policy, processes, structure, and RACI matrix
• Design and implement Supplier Risk Management
• Develop Group-wide contracts management
• Design, develop, and implement Group-wide procurement data systems
• Specify, procure, and implement a Supplier Risk Management System, Contracts Database, and Source to Pay platform
• Foster a cultural change around procurement and cost control

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst on multiple procurement transformation projects.
