An exciting opportunity for a remote role with industry-leading holiday allowance of up to 45 days! Offering competitive pay, flexible working hours, and excellent benefits in the conveyancing industry.

Standard 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with the potential to earn an additional 12 days based on performance.

Work from home or from our North London office. This is an employed role, not self-employed consultancy.

What are we looking for?

Candidates with over 3 years of conveyancing experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Conveyancer

  1. Handle all legal aspects of residential property transactions, including leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties, ensuring due diligence.
  2. Support the Team Manager as needed.
  3. Assess risk and provide pragmatic legal advice on transactions.
  4. Review files before contracts exchange for accuracy.
  5. Prioritize and complete tasks proactively, supporting team members.
  6. Communicate effectively and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  7. Work collaboratively within a team to deliver quality legal services.
  8. Opportunity to purchase additional holiday days.
  9. Up to 45 days annual leave.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Qualified with a Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner (FCILEX).
  • Experienced in managing a varied conveyancing caseload and complex legal matters.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is essential.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office is preferred but not essential.
