**** FULLY REMOTE CONVEYANCERS NEEDED - UP to £75,000 basic (depending on experience and billing) - Amazing benefits - UP TO 45 DAYS ANNUAL LEAVE ****

DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK, HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING MATTERS FROM INCEPTION TO COMPLETION, AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK.

An amazing opportunity for a remote role with an industry-leading holiday allowance of up to 45 days! Offering the best pay, flexi-time, and benefits in the conveyancing industry.

Standard holiday allocation of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on performance targets.

Work from home or from our office in North London.

This is an employed position, not self-employed.

What are we looking for?

Individuals with over 3 years of conveyancing experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Conveyancer

  • Manage all legal aspects of residential property transactions, including leaseholds, freeholds, registered and unregistered properties, ensuring due diligence.
  • Support the Team Manager as required.
  • Assess risks on transactions, making pragmatic legal decisions.
  • Review files before exchange to ensure accuracy.
  • Prioritize tasks and work proactively to meet deadlines, supporting team members.
  • Communicate effectively and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver quality legal services.
  • Opportunity to purchase additional holiday days.
  • Up to 45 days annual leave.

Skills and experience required:

  • Qualified with a Law Degree, LPC, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner (FCILEX).
  • Experienced in managing diverse conveyancing caseloads and complex legal matters.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Case Management Systems and MS Office preferred but not essential.
