A leading company is seeking a Product Manager to drive product development and execute strategies for their CTCT division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. What You Will Do
Discover, organize, and translate market opportunities and requirements into product development artifacts to enable our product team developers to design and deliver timely solutions for our customers.
Document scope and manage customer expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
Guide and iterate on the product vision by leveraging your proven ability to prioritize and execute initiatives to continuously solve customer problems and deliver value to operators.
Define and validate a licensing model that enables CAT and Trimble to execute their go-to-market strategies and bring compelling offers to customers.
Derive insights from license usage and collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data Intelligence teams to understand their constraints and expectations.
Gain a deep understanding of the CTCT grade control platform, Trimble and Caterpillar platforms, and the cross-functional teams involved in delivering market solutions.
Manage product leads directly, influence product teams, and lead projects in parallel. Navigate organizational structures to drive initiatives forward, ensuring CTCT’s growing portfolio supports our parent companies and channel partners.
Develop strong relationships across CTCT, CAT, and Trimble.
Prioritize enabling new business models and commercial activities such as pricing and marketing, and monitor their success and growth.
Communicate the product vision, updates, and strategy to large groups and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in product management, platform development, or technical account management for Cloud applications or IoT solutions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Conversational knowledge of Finance workflows, Revenue Recognition, and Go-To-Market strategies.
Experience leading product teams to build and execute product vision and strategy, utilizing key data and market insights.

Trimble provides a compensation range and benefits that we believe we might pay or offer for this position. This range is based on a full-time schedule. We reserve the right to pay more or less, and to offer additional benefits, depending on circumstances unrelated to an applicant’s protected status.
Hiring Range : 105,682 - 142,676
