A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Database Marketing Analyst to enhance member engagement through data-driven campaigns. This hybrid role involves collaborating with various teams to design and execute marketing strategies, requiring strong analytical skills and experience with data selection tools.
Location: London or Swindon office
Role: Hybrid (2 days on site / 3 days remote)
Our Design & Delivery team plays a crucial role in our member 1-2-1 communications, collaborating closely with Planning, Creative, and Performance teams. We are seeking Senior Analysts to design and execute data selections for campaigns and to be experts in various channels, including email, mail, internet bank prompts, and SMS. This supports our member engagement strategy and helps achieve Society KPIs.
Reporting to a Design & Delivery Manager, you will manage 1-2-1 communications such as marketing, research, proactive service, and incident communications using our campaign selection tools.
This role offers diversity and engagement in a dynamic team environment, providing opportunities to contribute to projects that enhance our marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
We promote hybrid working arrangements, combining office presence for collaboration and learning with flexible home working. Typically, you will spend at least two days per week in the office, or 40% of your time if part-time. Further details will be provided upon successful application.
