We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and unlock the insights that drive digital marketing success. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-led marketer who’s passionate about performance analysis, optimisation, and audience engagement across multiple digital channels.
At Checkatrade, we’re on a mission to be the trusted foundation of every home – connecting homeowners with quality tradespeople. With millions of users, a fast-growing trade base, and a household name, we're scaling up our impact – and we need great people to help make that happen.
Location: Hybrid/Remote working. Some team days in Kings Cross, London may apply.
As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in maximising the effectiveness of our digital marketing. From PPC and paid social to email and on-site journeys, you’ll partner with the wider Marketing and Product teams to understand campaign performance, optimise spend, and drive conversions.
You’ll dive deep into complex datasets to uncover what’s working and what’s not – then turn your findings into clear, actionable recommendations. You'll own reporting and dashboards, contribute to audience segmentation strategies, and help shape a data-first approach to targeting and engagement.
This is a hands-on role where your data expertise will directly influence digital marketing strategy and business growth.
4+ years’ experience in digital marketing analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
Strong skills in campaign performance analysis across paid media, CRM/email, SEO analysis, and conversion funnels.
Proficient in SQL, with experience working in large datasets. Python is a bonus.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and marketing platforms.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong commercial acumen – you understand ROI, customer funnels, and optimisation levers.
Confident communicator – able to present insights clearly and influence non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to challenge briefs, ask the right questions, and find creative ways to unlock performance gains.
Experience with B2B marketing or subscription-based models is a plus.
A growing, customer-centric business where data drives decisions – and your work will be seen and felt.
The opportunity to shape digital marketing strategy at scale across multiple touchpoints.
A collaborative, fast-paced team with a supportive culture and strong cross-functional links.
A career-defining opportunity to develop your analytical expertise in a scale-up environment.
Excellent salary and benefits package, including discounts, healthcare cash plan, tech and cycle perks, and more.
Flexibility through hybrid/remote working.
