The Role

As our General Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

1. Creating Amazing Customer Experiences: Lead your team to inspire every customer who walks through our doors with a memorable, friendly experience.
2. Maintaining Excellence: Manage a sparkling clean restaurant that adheres to all food safety and health & safety regulations.
3. Driving Operational Efficiency: Utilize your exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times, with cost-effective stock control and precise ordering.
4. Quality Control: Be passionate about the quality of food and service, making sure our poke bowls always meet high standards.
5. Leading by Example: Get hands-on in daily restaurant activities and lead your team from the front.
6. Developing Talent: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, enhancing their skills and fostering a supportive work environment.
