Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional who can drive growth, win new business, and build lasting relationships across the full spectrum of the supply chain recruitment industry.

  • Client Acquisition & Growth Proactively identify and engage new clients across diverse supply chain sectors.
  • Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients across the UK.
  • Strategic Sales Development Create and execute growth strategies that deliver consistent revenue.
  • Market Knowledge Stay informed about supply chain trends and use insights to offer tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.

This role involves developing business across all areas of Supply Chain Recruitment, including: Logistics & Distribution, Freight Forwarding & Transport, Warehousing & Fulfilment, Manufacturing & Production

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment agency business development , ideally within supply chain or industrial sectors.
  • Deep understanding or strong interest in supply chain recruitment markets .
  • Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially minded.
