Our client is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional who can drive growth, win new business, and build lasting relationships across the full spectrum of the supply chain recruitment industry.

  • Client Acquisition & Growth: Proactively identify and engage new clients across diverse supply chain sectors.

This role involves developing business across all areas of Supply Chain Recruitment, including: Logistics & Distribution, Freight Forwarding & Transport, Warehousing & Fulfilment, Manufacturing & Production.

The successful Business Development Manager will have:

  • Proven experience in recruitment agency business development, ideally within supply chain or industrial sectors.

  • Deep understanding or strong interest in supply chain recruitment markets.

  • Excellent communicator with persuasive negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially minded.
