A leading multi-office regional law firm with offices in the North Home Counties/ South Midlands region (as well as London) with an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ partner/ partner designate to join their corporate & commercial legal team in the Hertfordshire region.

The Firm & Role

This full service law firm provides a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:

• M&A and Private Equity/ Venture Capital
• Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
• Banking & Finance matters
• Re-organisations and Structuring
• Technology, IP and Commercial Contracts

About You

The firm looks to a hire a Corporate or Corporate Commercial Lawyer with experience of running client matters and who demonstrates:

• Active involvement in networking and business development
• Ideally local knowledge and experience within the Herts/ North Home Counties region with some client following
• Track record of generating work anddeveloping strong client relationships
