Are you an experienced Financial Institutions Underwriter or Broker looking for a new challenge and inspired by working for a company that truly champions innovation?

CFC's Financial Institutions practice is made up of a fantastic team of experts with over 60 years experience from both the Lloyd's and Company markets. We're now searching for a specialist FI professional to develop profitable business focusing on our core territories.

We are a collaborative team, so you will be involved in all aspects of underwriting, including new business, renewal underwriting, and business development. You will also be encouraged to learn about product updates and contribute ideas for product development in this space.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage enquiries from brokers in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively develop and seek out new business via brokers and clients.
• Identify and research opportunities to develop our FI offerings, including assisting the product team in developing new products.
• Meet and deliver on performance standards and targets for new business and renewals.

Skills & Experience

This is an experienced-hire role, requiring professionals with Financial Institutions experience, either in Broking or Underwriting.

The successful candidate should be articulate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive knowledge of investment management insurance and banking underwriting segments.
