  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm
  • Salary: £30,000

What are we looking for?

We are seeking energetic and passionate individuals to support our production team by receiving products into the factory. Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

The Role Involves The Following Duties

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date
  • Audit compliance against QMS, GMP, Food Safety, Fabrication & HACCP controls
  • Raise non-conformance reports against relevant standards
  • Communicate and support the operational team to implement corrective actions, and follow up to ensure effectiveness
  • Conduct sampling for microbiological & chemical analysis, including product testing, water sampling, and swabbing
  • Support NPD trials, pre-pros, and production launches
  • Provide technical support & advice to the operational team
  • Assist with complaint investigations
  • Maintain audit readiness through site hygiene, health & safety, and document control
  • Prepare and facilitate taste panels, ensuring accurate communication of results
  • Conduct validation & verification checks against CCP & Food Safety Controls
  • Calibrate measurement equipment as scheduled
  • Follow guidelines related to chemicals and equipment, adhering to onsite HACCP procedures
