A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Policy Consultant to develop and implement policy strategies. This role involves ensuring compliance with NERC Reliability Standards and requires strong leadership and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, making a significant impact on regulatory compliance and policy-making.

Location: This position may be filled in Jackson, MS (preferred), New Orleans, LA, Woodlands, TX, or Little Rock, AR.
Assess, develop, and implement policy strategies for the Entergy Power Delivery organization. Support compliance with NERC Reliability Standards, including implementing compliance programs and promoting a compliance culture. Responsibilities include supporting the NERC standards lifecycle, utilizing governance, risk management, and compliance tools, and assisting with assessments and audits.
Office environment with minimal physical requirements. Flexibility to work additional hours, in alternate locations, or during emergencies as needed. Exempt employees may not be paid overtime for such duties.
