We are seeking an organized self-starter with deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the crypto-asset industry within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will translate regulatory requirements into strategic recommendations, manage stakeholder relationships, and support licensing initiatives globally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory Strategy Development: Develop and execute regulatory strategies, identifying optimal markets for operation.
  2. Regulatory Advocacy and Collaboration: Engage with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and policymakers to shape and advocate for supportive policies.
  3. Policy Analysis and Guidance: Analyze local regulatory proposals, advise on risks and opportunities, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  4. Regulatory Approval Process: Support licensing initiatives and obtain necessary approvals in target markets.
  5. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to address regulatory challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of regulatory experience in financial services or crypto-asset industry.
  • Deep knowledge of key regulatory frameworks in the EMEA region, with strategic and operational application skills.
  • Experience in regulatory analysis and interactions with authorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong team player with stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • University degree.
